I'm going to review this place based on what it is and what it is not. I applaud the owner for innovation in flavors from vietnamese coffee to earl grey, to ferrero rocher etc. The flavor was down pat and I really enjoyed the creme brulee I ordered, which was the Vietnamese coffee. The guy there torched it and then drizzled some condensed milk on top.
I have to say texturally speaking, it was more pudding-like/pate-like. I don't believe it was the typical smooth and whipped/custard-y texture you would usually get at other places. However, I really liked the flavor and it was honestly delicious to me. It may not be the "authentic" creme brulee, but I believe this place is a more fusion and modern take on this French dessert.
I also ordered a waffle which was sitting on the rack and toasted. I requested salted caramel ice cream, which is house made by the way Overall decent. I highly recommend trying their creme brulee flavors, I don't think you can go wrong with any really!
