  • WILL NEVER BRING A PAIR OF ANYTHING TO HEELSTOP. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! Absolutely disgusted by the quality of work and service. I brought a pair of my Jimmy Choo heels, brand new never been worn yet, to get rubber on the sole of the shoe, as I always do. Without consulting me, they stained the bottom of my shoes so that the colour would match closer to the rubber I had chosen. I could not believe when I saw my shoes, who in their right mind would stain $1000 shoes without asking the owner. I had obviously seen the colour of the rubber and if it was a concern, I would've said it was. stain There was residue from the stain on the patent leather when he gave it back to me, I asked him to at least clean my shoes and he gave them back to me with blue pen marks on them. Clearly, they are not capable of handling luxury items. More unfortunate was he was completely unapologetic and took no responsibility for the butcher job he did to my Jimmy Choos.
