  • Had high expectations for this place but it still managed to exceed them!!! All the employees we encountered were super nice and helpful. When we were handed the map we quickly realized it was huge! Lots of ground to cover, one can easily spend a whole afternoon here. Loved the desert room being a fan of succulents and cacti myself, and also the spice room since I love cooking. But overall, all the rooms are amazing and nothing ever gets boring. We went on a friday afternoon and it was not packed by any means but also always had some people either a couple steps in front or behind us. It is an amazing escape during winter specially, as the rooms are quite warm and all the greenery is a welcome sight compared to the grey and white of the outdoor winter scenes. Would gladly visit again soon, perhaps in the warmer months to experience their outdoor garden areas. HIGHLY RECOMMEND if in Pittsburgh!! We parked at metered parking at the street across the entrance.
