  • Bought a Buytopia voucher in July! Could never make an appointment through the online booking system. The voicemail is always full and no one answers the phone. Finally, I got a date months from when I actually wanted it. The massage was horrible. The massage table was very uncomfortable. She was so bad that I got a neck ache after it. The facial was decent. However, I would never buy a voucher for this place nor would I recommend it. My friend managed to book an appointment for her birthday and 2 hours before the appointment, she received an email saying that her appointment was cancelled owing to a family emergency! I guess we get what we pay for! Buytopia sucked big time. I found it hard to return the voucher and so had to use it.
