  • Sad day in Bagel World. I ordered a Lox on spinach Florentine bagel without onion or tomato. Not toasted! I received with onion and toasted! To add to the injury, my salmon looks old or like it was left out.... The grade at the location is 94 Health Inspection. I'm really shocked and hurt! This place is a great statement in Southend. I've known some of the workers for years because they worked at an uptown location that closed. They are great...not really sure what's happening currently. Please fix my neighborhood Einstein! I would hate to see you go because food quality and upkeep is decreasing. Even my service today kind of scarred my bagel loving soul!
