Horrible horrible customer service... my 1st class package has been missing for weeks and now it's been back in vegas since April 7th but yet nobody can find it and it's obviously still not at my home. They actually had the nerve to blame me for the problem! Florence the supervisor has still yet to make it right and told me if i had used the ups not only would the package have arrived at the original Pennsylvania destination- it also would have cost me less money!
