  • We purchased several pairs of Nike shoes for our Granddaughter and grandson. However one of the shoes did not fit our grandson, so he could not get off work until Monday. As we enter the store the clerk as if he help us? I informed the clerk that our grandson wanted to exchange the size 10 for size 11. The clerk said that shoes size were already sold out, However we could look for a different shoe in size 11. The shoe we found was not the same price as purchased. Our shoe was marked $140.00 for $69.00 with 30%. The Store Manager refused to offer us 30% off as original purchased. We had to pay $12.43 more for a cheaper priced shoe. This was not customer friendly shopping experience for us. We felt like we were ripped OFF! Why did the manger refused to match our prior purchased price, it's not our fault that the shoe did not fit.
