  • I have been in this store a lot- often to browse but have also purchased some pants, which I love! EVERY time I have entered the store I have not been greeted, which is so odd, and when I have finally talked with someone because of a question I initiated, the employees all seem to be bothered by having to actually work. If you don't want to talk with people, or help with questions.... don't be in retail!!! I will spare you the details of my recent rude visits, since I see by past reviews, this happens often here. I sure would think that the corporate office, or someone, would see repeat comments about customer service and do something about it. If they would send in some secret shoppers, they would be shocked....
