  • Yet another epic fail for BMW I wont even get into the issues I had with BMW or my other times coming to this place. Lets just say I stopped coming here because of the service. I had to take my car here the last time for the repairs since I was a few minutes away other than that I never would have.. Car ended up staying there I was done with the BMW name. I had after market rims on the car they charged me $300 to put the stock back on them and never gave me the lug nuts back so now I bought new ones and trying to get the money back for the $45 on new ones since I paid $300 to change over they should have gave them to me. I was talking to a service rep who said that the $300 was crazy I should have never been charged that.. He said there was no way to look it up since I sold the car back with out the vin number.. This all sounds like bs to me but hey guess what I have the vin haha. All day he was working on this never heard back from him I call today of course hes not in the office I talk to the manager who has no clue whats going on.
