Have been a loyal AT&T customer for a long time. A few months ago I signed up for the DirecTV service. If you have both these services, they can combine the bills together for a discount. Three months later, its been a real hassle. So my latest bill, I did not understand the charges, so I called AT&T for further explanation. The representative on the phone was an idiot, made the matter worse and more confusing. Basically she couldn't answer my question. She put me hold a few times to ask someone for help.
So today I figure it will be better to go into a store and talk to someone directly. Brought in my past and current bill. Jeff the sales rep in this store is awesome. Took a look at bills and clearly explain the charges. Problem solved.
