  • This place is horrible. I went in to use the mystic spray tan and I went in only wanting two tans the manger have me a dirty look for not getting the extra tan. While waiting to tan a woman came out hysterical complaining that she wanted to cancel her membership because the bed never works. The bed she used was the mystic and apparently it wasn't drying. The manager came up to me said it was broken I said it's ok I don't use any other beds I can dry myself. I go in and stolidly take my 2 rings off and put them on the counter. I know really stupid. Long story short I forgot the rings there. I realized the next day and called back. They didn't have them. Well I called the next night liking for a manager. She couldn't be found. I called again next day could t be found. I call in the morning four days later a young woman says two the two rings are here. I go in later that night and surprise surprise they aren't there. One girl with short hair was super rude and was like " what do u want me to tell you they aren't here and you signed a loss or stolen item waiver". She had no sympathy whatsoever. Another woman was like let me check the room again. I follow her and find out that the room and bed had been closed due to maintenance since I used it the Wednesday before. ( almost 5 days prior) that just goes to show that no other customer had been on the bed to retrieve my rings but only the employees. Isn't it their job to go in before and after each customer to clean and sweep the room. Yet they missed my rings ?? They are liars and I know an employee stole my belongings. This is sad. I will never use palm beach tan again.
