  • I was trying to contact the Grand Canyon store. I live in their neighborhood and there are always Target shopping carts loose here. Why can't management put something on the carts to stop them from being removed from the parking lot. I have to call shopping cart retrieval to have them removed. Does this happen at the other Target's in Las Vegas? If so this is a corporate issue that should be dealt with.
