  • Very unprofessional. The first appointment I had the girl was late. I waited 20 minutes after my appointment time before they told me the girl wasn't there and she would be late. The second time I made an appointment (with someone else) and they call me 30 minutes before my appointment time (I'm already driving there cause I live far away) and she said that the girl was running an hour late and for me to come in at 1:30 instead of 12:30. Very rude. Very unprofessional. Hard to not to get upset when they do not understand or respect someone's time. I will never try again.
