  • I want to write about the Service Department. My son and I were driving up from San Antonio Texas to Cleveland and developed a car issue. We called the service department and Robert was nice and gave us an appt at 7:45 AM today 5/31/18. We were greeted by Marc and he was very pleasant and helpful. He immediately addressed our concerns and gave our car the once over, discussing what the problem might be. He did not try to talk us into anything, or take advantage of us being out of towners. We really appreciated his help and assurance. Thank You Marc :-)
