rev:text	This rating is for the online ordering, absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. I bought a large desk online that was cheaper than actually buying the same one in the store with free shipping so I ordered it. I was impressed at first because it was next day delivery. However, around 9am and I see some savage dropping a couple boxes at my front porch and before I can get outside to see the delivery, the guy drove off. Not realizing it at the time I was supposed to have three boxes, not two, so I call up Office Depot and they said give it until 5pm, sometimes the order comes from two different places, so I did. Now it's 5pm and I check the e-mail to track the packages and saw that the guy who dropped off the two packages signed that he delivered three boxes at my house and someone named "Davis" signed for them. Needless to say my name is not "Davis" so I called back to speak to some asshat that barely spoke English to tell me they spoke with the express delivery warehouse and they don't even know who the driver was and that my missing box was out on the truck but they can't find it. So I was told it will be delivered on Monday. Today is Monday and no package, so I called again and was told no one knows anything about my order so I would have to give back the two boxes I received and redo my entire order again and wait for another delivery date, wtf. I don't think so, I actually refunded my order, they could care less. They said someone will be there tomorrow to pick up the returned boxes, good luck, I won't be home, lol. When my refund money clears back to my account, they can pick up the boxes. Never again will I deal with these useless morons.
