  • Scary business practices! Mr. Baker (owner) shows up angrily at property and verbally attacks the contractor! Caused a scene and such disruption that the security and property manager told him to leave the premise. He was so out of control he was warned that the police would be called to escort him off the property. This is unacceptable and inappropriate behavior! Where is his professionalism? He never even had a contract! Watch out if you obtain a bid and then hire someone else... I understand to assertively pursue business, but these aggressive bully antics need to be POWER CLEANED ASAP!
