  • Went to an Einstein bagel at a different location a few days and was impressed. Went to this one and was very disappointed. My egg sandwich was cold. I told the cashier and she said we don't melt the cheese. I said yes but if the egg,spinach and mushroom was warm it would start to melt the cheese itself. She did say thank you and fixed the problem, I guess. Won't be returning to this location.
