Went in today to look for a Hammer Drill and Impact driver drill combo for work. First walked into the store and wasn't greeted by anybody at all. I already assumed that drill's would be in the power tools section so I didn't need help on that so I walked over to the power tools but I was confused on which one I wanted to get. Absolutely NOBODY around to help you and if they are around you, once you make eye contact with them they turn the other way to avoid helping you. So I took it upon myself to take a drill set up to the front and asked the cashier what she thought of them and she presumed to tell me that she had no idea at all about them. She then called for assistance from a manager and the manager had no idea what I was telling him because I needed drills with a brush in them I did not want brushless. He then decided to look on DeWalt's website and was telling me that brushless drills are more expensive then he continued to say that brushless wasn't as expensive and that brushed drills are not as good as brushless and so on and so forth. He kept mixing up his words and nothing was making sense. So i explained to him my co-workers told me to get drills with a brush in them and that I believe what they're telling me because they know how the tools work and he continued to get attitude with me and said well I believe what i'm reading and not what your work is telling you and it took everything inside of me to not scream at this dude. Whoever hired Scott as a manager, should seriously be on unemployment. I've never received such bad customer service in all of my life coming from a manager. 10/10 would never return to ANY Lowe's at all. BEWARE.
