  • HORRIBLE experience! My dad and I went car shopping at many of the dealers in this autoplex, this one by far the WORST! We walked off the lot almost immediately! The native american sales guy(didn't even catch his name) was very rude as we came to look at the kia sorento. My dad was trying to get a ball park number on what they cost and guy refused to tell us a price. Said we HAD to come inside to run credit yada yada. My dad told him, " I am just asking for a price. The price of the car has nothing to do with my credit etc." The rude sales guy said "well I can't help you if you don't give me your information" SO my dad replied with "Well I guess we should leave then" When we originally walked up, I was asking questions about the sorento as I was trying to narrow my options down and looking at multiple small SUV's. The guy was not very helpful and did not go get the keys to unlock the cars so I could look inside. They were all locked! He was rude and lazy!!! How do you do business like this?!? I mentioned this to my boss and he said he had the same experience with this dealership years ago. I guess things do not change here!
