  • After two nights in that horrible Palace Tower room, we went to the front desk and requested a room change. One of the managers said he could switch us to the Octavius Tower but we would have to wait another day before doing so. It was very annoying and a huge hassle having to switch rooms and frustrating that they couldn't switch us on the same day we requested, but we agreed to the switch nevertheless because our first room was so bad. They moved us to a non-smoking King room with a nice view of the Bellagio fountains. The Octavius Tower is really nice and pretty much the only tower worth staying at if you're at Caesars.
