  • The office staff is fine, the doctors are fine, I've had both awesome and bad ones here. The facility is clean and they have the right equipment, so I should give them 4 stars. The major problem they have is billing! I am lucky to have two insurances, but I am getting billed A YEAR later for a simple flu visit both my insurances already covered! $150 on top of what they got from both insurances! And to make it worse, I did not sign the auto pay authorization, and they sent an email that they auto billed my account any way. It's great if you can't see your primary doctor, but fight their billing practices.
