| - I had to use up my benefits somehow, and considering I have terrible posture and spend much to much time online, I figured that the best way to work it out was to get a massage! It turns out it was a good thing I did. In all honesty, my requirements for massage were that they were registered, and that the place was convenient.
A friend passing by recommended this place, and I am so, so grateful that he did. It is very clinical, clean and professional - it looks good, and that is important. It looks healthful, but it was still a little relaxing.
My back is apparently like a brick - while I didn't quite know that, I did know that I had a lot of tension. Quite a lot. I told Sarah (who is really nice and very good - excellent mix) to go hard, and she went hard: this was no relaxing girly massage (although I 'm sure you can get those too). Just to clarify: I specifically asked for her to go hard, and to ignore me if I squealed.
My back is STILL sore, but in that delicious way where you can feel that it is looser and absent of knots. I'm going back in a week and I'm a little scared, but I'm looking forward to feeling completely light and loose again. I've gotten through layer 1...
Anyways, I'm looking forward to trying out a number of their services! They offer chiropractic, acupuncture and naturopathic sessions, and I'm eager to see what I can do to make my body work for me...
