  • Really really disappointed today with the service in the drive thru today. When I pulled up I was one of only 2 cars, one was already at the window. Took very long to get my drink when it wasn't busy at all, I pull up to the window after I ordered and they inform me after the fact they have no bananas to make my drink so they are making it without it. I was thinking okay I guess it'll be okay. I ordered a chocolate banana protein smoothie, comes in one size, grande and is almost $5! As you can see from the picture, the drink was Given to me not even full, if I pay $5 for your drink and you don't have what I order Atleast fill it up to the top please. Looks like I'm going back to Tropical Smoothie Cafe for protein shakes now... very poor experience here today
