  • Picture this: March Break, the mall is filled with parents and kids, tons of shoppers at Toys R Us, and no cashiers open. Only customer service is available who tells you, "this is not the cashier". With a screaming child in my arms, multiply that by the 8 other customers with kids freaking out too waiting around aimlessly for someone, anyone, to come over to help us... Not exactly shopping and kid friendly considering this is their business.
