  • I hesitate to write this review, because I don't like going to this place. However, with that said, it is not their fault that I don't like going there. My first experience with Conrad's was very reassuring. It was winter, and whenever I drove above 55MPH my car would feel like it was going to shake apart. I didn't want to take any chances, so I took it to Conrad's. After explaining my problem to the gentleman, he told me that he didn't think they should look at it. What? A mechanic that doesn't want to look at my car and tell me all of the things that are wrong with it? He suggested that there was ice built up somewhere inside my rims. I should take it to a car wash and have an undercarriage wash. If that didn't fix the problem, bring it back. Sure enough, it worked. I was very impressed with the professionalism and the way that the mechanics handled my simple problem without wasting my time, money, or making me feel like a complete dolt. I also recently had new tires put on my car at Conrad's. After the sticker shock wore off, I realized that I was thankful for the quick work that the did. I took my car in at 4PM on a Friday expecting it to remain there until Saturday afternoon at the earliest. I was out of the door and done with a wheel alignment at 6PM Saturday evening. While having your car repaired is not anyone's idea of a good time, the staff at Conrad's has been very professional. I would trust my car to them again.
