  • While I figured I'd have to pay 2-3 hundred dollars minimum, I didn't expect Rom to tell me go buy another washer because this one would cost more to fix than it would cost to buy. Wow. Just like most people, there have been times when I've been strung along by wily and persuasvie repair people, but there was no doubt. He gave me a couple of pointers and I'm following those as I go out to shop. Honesty is such a rare trait here in Vegas that I'm more than happy to give five stars for that alone!
