  • This is turned into the worst, unprofessional dry cleaning service facility I have ever gone to. I have been coming here for four years and even became friends with Debbie, the owner. In the past week and a half my last three visits have been unbearable. With the blonde hair girl with glasses smoking inside the dry cleaning facility! I've been trying to get alterations and not one of the three workers behind the desk ever knows when the girl who does alterations is available or what hours she works and they also tell me that they don't do any type of shoe repair or shoe service yet there's three signs in front of the store that specifically state shoe repair!! I watched one gentleman leave the store while A different gentleman was given 14 items to pick up when he only turned in 10. The girls behind the desk have no customer service whatsoever nor do they have any idea who is picking up who's clothes. They refused to help with getting a hold of the lady that supposedly is supposed to be working to do alterations and insists they do not do shoe repairs even though all their signs state they do. Debbie has just lost a 4 yr. customer! I will never come back here again or recommend no one use this facility. You don't get your items drycleaned for $1.75 either like the signs say!
