RPM has undergone quite a transformation since I moved to the North Hills eleven years ago. It used to be a middle-class centered Mall that prided itself in the "enclosed" experience with stores that catered to a wide range of offerings.
After countless renovations, exits and entrances of new tenants and the addition of off-mall eateries and valet parking this mall has transformed into an upper-middle and above class centered mall.
Granted you still have your JPC's and Sears to find affordable deals, this place is THE BEST in Pittsburgh to find the high-end boutiques. Nordstorm (I know its an anchor sized store), Apple, Tiffany's, Coach, etc etc etc.
I was going to knock em for having too many high-end offerings but since you can still find a good deal and they've managed to improved the overall customer experience, they're still my favorite mall in the PGH area.
