  • Tree Pros did a good job removing our huge messy shoestring acacia for a very reasonable price. They were on site when they said they would be and went right to work. There was an incident, they cut through our Cox line while grinding roots, but gave us no problem regarding their paying for any repair costs. That is the reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5. They reduced their bill by the amount Cox quoted us for the service call and asked us to let them know if it came to more so they could issue us a check. I have no reason to believe there will be a problem if the repair costs exceed that amount. If there is, I'll let you all know.
