  • Impressive and nice film about socialist destruction of a wealthy capitalist, and hero of Toronto, Sir Henry Pellatt. The tour is a sad cautionary tale demonstrating that the road to hell is paved with good intentions. Despite its horrendous history of destruction and disease, Pellatt chose Toronto as his home and sought to improve the lives of the citizens with electricity and air travel. Both ventures were appropriated by the government, eventually leaving Pellatt impoverished. I wish the Casa had air conditioning!
