  • I've been going here for years and it's a shame how unprofessional this office has become. The staff is completely cold & rude. I was told that I would receive my contacts in a certain amount of time & I had to call them to see if they had finally been delivered which was after the due date. I also paid money to get new lenses for my glasses & when I received them back the frame was bent. I live in Henderson so it is not worth the drive to come down here for the lack of service that I receive. Dr. Ohriner is a great doctor & has helped out a lot but I will not be using this office any longer.
