  • I came into this location today to find out about upgrading my phone, since my phone wasn't holding a charge any longer and it was out of Apple warranty. I walked right in and was greeted by Brandy, she walked me over to the table and we began discussing my phone options. I have recent opened a business and she informed me of the business account I could get and all the great deals as well. I switched everything over to my business which the process went very smooth and easy. It did take awhile for everything to transfer over and for all the ducks to be a in a row, but that wasn't her fault it's just what they have to do and I understand. Needless to say I walked out with a new phone,a iPad and some great deals. They gave me some awesome discounts and promotions going on and explained all my options. Brandy was friendly, courteous and nice! I'd defiantly go back to her for any future purchases or questions. The store staff all seemed very nice and polite. I walked out a satisfied customer and very happy! Go see Brandy for all your cell phone needs! Thanks brandy for being a pleasure to deal with!
