  • My husband went in the store to buy a bday gift for me from the Philosophy line. I've used philosophy for years and have shopped at this location for over 10 years. My daughter was in the store the weekend before, took pictures of the products and sent them to him. Well he waited for 20 minutes before anyone bothered to help him and when they did they had the nerve to tell him they never heard of the product and they did not carry it!!!! He left empty handed. I guess an older gentleman was not worth their time. When I go in there they can never answer my questions. I always do my own research before I go in, so I do not need help from these worthless individuals. I'm so disappointed in their customer service and inability to help customers. Many times I have to remind them more than once to use my coupons or rewards. I guess they're too lazy or do not know how to apply them on the register. Not going back to this location.
