  • This CVS is the worst one in northeast Ohio. Their customer service is awful and they rarely get prescriptions filled on time. I showed up at 8:00pm to pick up a prescription only to be told that they closed at 8 and wouldnt help me. I understand that when a business is closed, it's closed and if that was the only problem I had with them, Id let it slide. However, with this added to everything else, it's time for a new pharmacy. By the way, Ive been going to them for 10 years and they have only gotten worse with time. Dont bother. Seriously.
