  • Had not checked the reviews. Came here a few times before and was satisfied. Today, not so much. Paid for $35 wash. Manager and General Manager wanted to charge additional $5 for step rail at back of truck....any plastic. Really? I've asked before and no one mentioned a charge. Had to ask for wheels to be cleaned as they were not. Yep, it was a busy day on a Friday at 1p. My fault for expecting a FABULOUS experience. I'll have to return to Charleston to see if their service has improved any. Actually, I think I'll look into mobile detail at my house. Better quality for sure.
