  • I will never ever attempt to go this place ever again! (if it even lasts) My friend had bought a cabana. When I got there, it was complete chaos! What appeared to be 3 random lines, were more of just unorganized herds of people. I managed my way to the shorter line, told the bouncer the name of the table, he walked away and came back after 30 seconds and basically told me their cabana was full, sorry. Um.. what? Hes like ya sorry, their table is full.. This was a small private party so I highly doubted it was full. Another 2 people from the party came up to try to get in too, so all 3 of us attempted to go in again, and they pretty much said nope, sorry. We called my friend who had paid for the bottle service cabana. he talked to every bounce every guard to let us know, after all, he was paying for bottle service, and they absolutely refused. The waitress had told my friend if he buys another bottle, the 3 of us can get in. But the whole point was that the cabana was "full" so now all of a sudden if you pay more, you can bring more people? Stupid.. It has been close to an hour at this point. Our friend talked to the general manager JASON who supposedly said hed get us in. We asked and found JASON and he basically said "We told ur friend hed have to buy a bottle and said no, sorry" BULLSHIT. My friend is the type where he would easily pay for that extra bottle to get us in, no question. And he said he is more that prepared to pay for it, JASON is a lying sack of shit. We told him not to worry about it and not to give this stupid place another dime of his money, we will just leave. Our friends had spent about an hour of their time trying to get us in with no success. Our friends were so pissed they got us and walked out. Needless to say we will NEVER go back to Maya. We were planning a huge bachlorette party there in July which will not NEVER happen. This place is horrible and they treat people like SHIT! Most other clubs WANT you in their club. I am willing to come to your establishment and pay money for a table and vip service and youre gonna treat us like this? NEVER again. With the reputation Maya has in only 2 months of being open, they will not last. I have never experienced this kind of distaste in Old Town. Do yourself a favor, and don't give this place your business or money!!
