  • If I could give them a zero I would. This was the most frustrating experience for getting a simple prescription. They had trouble with everything, from verifying basic data to placing order and managing expectations. Follow through is non-existent. Even with all the bad reviews and complaints I doubt they care. Clearly, there is no need for improvement. Shame really that this is how some business are run today!
