  • If only all doctors were this caring and thorough! Was in search of a new Dr and was primarily drawn to Dr. Castilla because she no longer delivers babies, which tells me she is focusing her many years of experience on other women's health issues. Found good reviews online of Dr. Castilla and decided to give it a try. When I first called they were very polite and accommodating, I was able to get in within a few days as a new patient! From the time I walked in have been treated with nothing but kindness & respect. So many good things to say about Dr. Castilla, her staff & facility. Highlights: 1. Dr was concerned about my entire health as a whole. Not just gyn issues. She really listens! 2. Communication through the patient portal is a huge plus! Tests results were posted within just a day or two of when they were run,along with a personal message from Dr. Castilla. A request for fax records was responded to same day. 3. Facility. It's incredibly sensitive if them to have two separate waiting rooms for OB vs. Gyn patients. Appreciate the convenience of ultrasound there in the office! 4. Not entirely sure what all the complaints about office staff are about. Have only been there twice but everyone has been caring and efficient. No lengthy waits. Maybe the OB side is different? Which would be understandable given the urgent situations that can arise in pregnancy. Granted, I am a new patient that has only been here twice, and have not yet seen how the insurance works out. But I am not anticipating any issues and am thrilled to have found Dr. Castilla.
