  • This hotel looks very nice but too many drawbacks to recommend this place. Forget about getting decent sleep while staying here. Cons: 1. Walls are paper thin. I heard my next door neighbor taking a pee. My other neighbor had his/her TV blasting until 3AM. I heard a baby crying at third floor or fourth floor. I was staying on the first floor. 2. Loud parties in the party room late into the night. Then bunch of drunks would sit by the pool and talk loudly or they would talk loudly and walk through the hallway to return to their rooms. 3. Found woman's hair in the bathtub. Shower head wasn't fully fixed to the wall, I can pull or push it. Grout in the bathroom had some stains (mold?). 4. No free breakfast buffet. Pros: 1. I booked using famous online discount booking site that begins with "H". I ended up paying less than 60 dollars/night. 2. The restaurant on the property is good, I tried room service, dine-in, and having few drinks at the bar. However, when I ordered rib eye steak through room service, they couldn't provide me steak knife nor free bread. WTF 3. Staff members are friendly and helpful. 4. Easy access to Phoenix airport and freeways.
