  • In town for a few days, I was in the mood for sushi, but really wanted delivery. I know, I know -- the intersection of "good sushi" and "delivered sushi" is usually pretty small. Unfortunately, my experience with Kirei bore this out. The delivery speed was relatively fast, but the sushi/rolls just were just not that good I had a rainbow roll and several pieces of tuna sushi. The rainbow roll was a hair under "okay" -- pretty flavorless, but the tuna was completely off. I had to throw most of it out. Honestly, a waste of money. Now, this is just one experience at one time, and I did order a bit late in the evening (50+ minutes before closing, though -- which should be more than enough) -- so this may have influenced the preparation.
