I can't describe the disgust I feel for this place, but I will give it a good shot! My 76 year old mother has been a patient there for several years. She suffers from degenerative disc disease and severe arthritis. She was referred by her Primary Care Physician. Except for her first visit, she has never seen the doctor.....this has been several years. She has only seen the Physicians Assistant (PA). On her last appointment, the PA said "we have to talk". He told her that she had narcotics in her drug test. My mother said that couldn't be right. He said, "blood tests don't lie". He asked her if she was taking someone else's prescriptions. She adamantly told her something was wrong with the test or it got mixed up. He looked at her like she was a drug addict or something. My 76 year old mother wouldn't even know how to get a hold of someone's med's. She was mortified. He proceeded to tell her that it would go in her file and she had to have another blood test. She kept trying to tell him that there was a mistake and he kept looking at her like she was a liar. When she told her primary care doctor, he laughed knowing that was ridiculous. She wrote this place a letter demanding for this not to be in her file as it was incorrect. The nurse just called her and said do you want your records or another appointment. Every single person has been rude and disrespectful. My poor mother is beside herself. They are just terrible people who have no desire to serve and support their patients. Stay away from this place as they clearly can't admit a mistake or be there for their patients.
