  • In a serviced based industry where exemplary work is unfortunately the exception, I want to report I was the recipient of top-notch service and a great experience during a recent plumbing service call. A morning inquiry in a non-emergency situation resulted in an on-time service call that very afternoon where both Alex and Jody were more than happy to answer my many questions while performing the job in a rapid and professional manner. More than willing to install an item I had purchased elsewhere, the work performed more than met my possibly unreasonably high standards and the fees charged were very reasonable. Being in a service business myself for over 30+ years, I recognize and appreciate the efforts of Lion's Den and happily report that great Service is alive and well within their operation.
