  • If I could give this place NO STARS that is what this place deserves. So upsetting, they had shown me a arrangement which was beautiful two days ago. So I put my order in paying over $200 for two dozen white roses, & to be delivered on Valentine's Day. First of I ordered 4 balloons.. only 1 balloon came, roses are about to die, water is dirty as if it was made two days ago. The flower arrangement is nothing like what I was shown. The roses won't last till tomorrow!!!! And then this gets worst!!!! Go back to return this disappointing died roses!! They gave us the hardest time, took the arrangement in the back, pulled off the died pedals and asked for me to take it back... I told them I want my money back, still gave me a hard time!! DID NOT GIVE ME A FULL REFUND I WAS SHORT $30 because I still have to pay for the delivery (which the lady who came to my door had the wrong arrangement at first & 3 balloons short) and they also told me that the taxes are not refundable!!! THIS PLACE HAS THE WOSRT SERVICE ALSO
