  • Carrie Heitz I would never recommend this dental practice. Last aug 2016 I was told by the dentist at this location that I needed a filling cause I had my first cavity. I was a little hesitant but I allowed him to fill it. I have since left this practice and went for my first visit at my new dentist today. Upon my my new dentist checking the notes from Dental works and looking at my teeth....I did not have a cavity. It was a false diagnosis and as he was checking the tooth that they filled he found that the filling was missing. There was a hole in the back of my tooth that they filled meaning the whole filling came out. I called Dental works as I was in the other dentists office to let them know what the observed and I was told that the work that was done back in aug 2016, 11 months ago, was NOT COVERED UNDER ANY WARRENTY! Are u kidding me. U fill a tooth that really didn't need to be filled and 11 months later the filling comes out and u have the audacity to say I'm sorry but that work isn't covered under any warranty but if u have any other questions don't hesitate to call our office!!!!!! This place is a joke. They mis diagnosed my tooth and now they won't stand by there work. I will be letting everyone know about this. How dare they treat people like this
