I have had horrible service with this location with two deliveries! I am happy I do not hold an account with this courier as it would be long closed! First incident I had to reschedule a delivery. With UPS, they automatically redeliver without you having to call in! Now that is service! I did that and guess what it was redelivered when scheduled cause get this excuse Canada post pending strike so I had to waste 3 bloody days! Yup, all I get is I'm sorry! Piss off! Give me compensation u fools! U stay home and waste ur time and I say I'm sorry. Another incident, same shit approx 1 week later. Supposed to be redelivered on July 15. Waited all day. Called their call Center and this bitch after waiting 56 min and requesting to speak to a manager hangs up?! WTF! They redelivered the next day. I complained the following day. Again, more excuses and I'm sorry. Wow! You are the worst courier. Peeps, shop around as there are better couriers who would do a better job at more reasonable rates or comparable. I would not use this courier company EVER! As for the call rep. I hope she is coached and or fired! I would not want her to work for me. Stupid woman. As for the CEO, contact me directly. I have spoken to Michael the supervisor on duty on July 16, 2016.
