We love Ashley's and have bought our living room and full bedroom set in the past from them. Every time we went to an Ashley's in NJ we were greeted and people were dying to help us out. This time we went to a local Ashley's and there was not a person in site. We got there on Thursday about 45min before they closed. You could hear a pin drop. Now I thought maybe they forgot to lock the doors and they were closed as there was no one. Then we started to see some sales people and the worst part of it was they would look at us and just walk away. What the heck kind of salesmanship is that? You are paid to sell and take care of customers and you just look and walk away? Never have I experienced this at an Ashley's. We were so pissed that we left and ended up going to a different ashleys. It was a night and day experience. We went to the one off of rainbow road I believe and we were greeted with open arms. The service was fantastic. We are going to be looking for some additional furniture very soon and we will will not be back at the Henderson location. Corporate please address this place and ensure they are retrained to take care of your customers otherwise you will lose money.
