This is a pretty bad Marriott compared to any other I've stayed in, and I stay in a lot. Check in process was not well organized or very professional. The room decor is a bit outdated and while I understand the hotel itself is not now, at least the bathroom sink drain should work properly. The toilet handle was constantly stuck and ran water every time it was flushed. These things should all be taken care of and kept maintained on a regular basis so they don't have to constantly react to guest complaints. I tried doing some laundry this morning and the front desk did not have any quarters and couldn't provide me any change, and instead of saying that they would try to go get some more they just shrugged his shoulders. I went to the on-site restaurant to ask for quarters and they told me that they did indeed have quarters, but they refused to give them to me as change , which I found a bit odd and a bit insulting. The Concierge lounge was the lowest quality food and selection that I've ever experienced at a Marriott, although the staff there up there are friendly and professional. I did get a good rate at this hotel and overall the experience wasn't terrible, but far below what I have come to expect from a full-service Marriott hotel.
