  • Sad to say, but the overall satisfaction with this Conrad's location has dropped some. There is a tech here, Brian who is top notch. He makes things right and goes the extra mile. The problem, it seems, is that they are opening locations faster than they can get technicians. So, they keep taking them out of this location leaving it short handed. The result is longer wait times and overly stressed staff that is struggling to keep up. Come on Conrad's make this right and let this location be what it once was and should be again!
