  • Every person I have encountered has been pleasant and helpful. Although valet is not complimentary any more, the convenience is definitely worth a few dollars. The registration and check-in process is painless and private. The radiology department is organized, spacious and timely. The staff seem to go out of their way to be helpful during what is, for some, a very confusing and scary time. Most people aren't fans of hospitals, but I have to say that I have been very impressed each time (5 times this year thus far). If you have the need to visit a medical center, I would recommend this one. UPDATE: I was recently "encouraged" by my doctor to go to the Emergency Room. The ER is a little hectic (but isn't that all Emergency Rooms?) but the staff is pleasant and helpful in that area (on the 2nd floor I think?) as well. However, I wouldn't necessarily use the word PRIVATE for that check-in area. But they make what they have available work efficiently.
