I've been to two yoga classes and really liked them -- especially the Primal qigong-yoga hybrid class. That said, I'm really put off by the fact that this studio has not addressed the sexual assault allegations with the victims, on this Yelp page, or with the news station that reported on the arrest. I asked about it at the studio and the woman at the front desk seemed annoyed that I would ask and told me that it's "private." Well, it's not private because it's on the Internet in multiple places. This attitude comes off as apathy for an issue that all too prevalent in the news right now and I'm surprised that a business whose target demographic is women wouldn't take the time to formulate a statement for their online presence and do some employee training on how to address any inquiries like mine. I want to continue to go to this studio because I like the yoga classes, but it almost feels like an ethical dilemma. As a PR major, I can say this is extremely poor crisis management.
